These pop-ups are more than just a bite to eat. They’re a chance to taste the story behind the food — to meet the maker, hear where our produce comes from, and understand the craft that goes into every slice.
We’ll be serving:
• Samples of our small-batch, whole-animal charcuterie;
• Signature sandwiches made with organic, house-baked bread;
• Cured meats to take home — sliced fresh, or packed for your fridge.
Expect bold, honest flavours; traditional techniques with a Devonshire twist; and the opportunity to connect directly with the process — from farm to fermentation.
Whether you're here for the mortadella, curious about fermentation, or just want a damn good sandwich, Cut & Crust is where it all comes together.
